If there's an error with my order, can I return the product? No problem at all! Simply send us your product, and a credit note will automatically be issued for your next order.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item that doesn't suit you. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Are there other colors besides black? Currently, the default available colors are black and white. Grey, blue, red, green, yellow, and orange can be requested via the form in the custom tab.
How are your supports made? Are they durable? All our supports are developed and manufactured in France. 3D printed in PETG material, they offer excellent resistance to impacts and wear.
Do I need an account to order? Yes, it is necessary to create an account to order on our site. This will allow you to track your order, view and download your invoices, and most importantly, benefit from preferential rates if you are an integrator.
Can I add a product to my order after it has been validated? Of course, contact us by email or phone from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to inform us.
