Article 1 – Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website avlab.fr, published by AVLAB - AVECOM SARL, with registered office at 67 rue Barrault, 75013 Paris, France, SIRET 484 579 099 00033 (hereinafter "the Company").
Use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms by any user, whether a consumer or a professional.
Article 2 – Access to the Website
The website avlab.fr is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance or force majeure. The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify or interrupt access to the website at any time without notice or compensation. Users are responsible for their own equipment and internet connection.
Article 3 – Account Creation
Users may create a personal account to place orders.
- Consumers: The account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Professionals: The account may be used by authorised employees of the company. The company is responsible for all activity carried out through its account.
Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to contact@avlab.fr. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse.
Article 4 – Intellectual Property
All content on avlab.fr (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, sounds, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of AVLAB - AVECOM SARL or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Professionals wishing to use website content for commercial purposes (catalogues, sales materials, etc.) must obtain prior written consent.
Article 5 – User Conduct
Users agree to use the website lawfully and undertake not to:
- infringe the rights of third parties or the Company's reputation;
- publish unlawful, defamatory or public order-violating content;
- attempt unauthorised access to the website's systems;
- use bots or automated tools to collect data from the website.
Article 6 – Product and Service Availability
Products and services are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after order validation, the Customer will be informed promptly and may choose between a full refund or a substitute product.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability
The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information published on the website but cannot guarantee its completeness or permanent currency.
- Consumers: The Company's liability may only be engaged in cases of proven fault, within the limits provided by law.
- Professionals: The Company's liability is expressly limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the total amounts paid over the previous 12 months. Indirect damages (loss of business, loss of profit, reputational damage) are expressly excluded.
Article 9 – Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data collected on avlab.fr is processed in accordance with the GDPR and French data protection law. Purposes include order management, customer relations, service improvement and commercial communications (with consent).

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
